Goldfill is made by bonding a layer of 14k gold to brass. The bond is much stronger than plating and will last a few decades before gradually wearing away to the brass core. Until then, the only metal you see and touch is 14 karat gold. The gold itself is non-reactive, hypoallergenic, and won't turn colors.
I ordered the wrong ring size. Can I exchange it for a different size?

How can I clean my jewelry?
Silver
Sterling silver will tarnish over time. To clean, sprinkle a fair amount of dry baking powder on a soft cloth and rub carefully. Shake the powder off, rinse or wipe clean with a soft cloth. Jewelers’ cloths and commercial silver cleaner will also do the job.
Gold
Gold can be cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Jewelers' cloths such as Sunshine Polishing Cloths will work on any tough spots.
Also, to avoid getting knots in your jewelry, always hang your necklaces vertically. When you travel, put your necklaces in sandwich baggies with the clasp hanging outside of the seal.
I have a metal allergy. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All of the metals we use are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free.
How do you package jewelry?
Jewelry is shipped in post-consumer recycled jewelry boxes, tied with a bow. We do not ship an invoice or a receipt on domestic orders to save paper. The jewelry is sent in a post-consumer recycled bubble mailer small enough to fit in most mailboxes and through most mail slots. If it is a gift, please let me know when you checkout and I can include a message from you.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes! If you’d like a necklace or bracelet shortened or lengthened, just send an email to info@favorjewelry.com. Generally there is no extra charge for this modification.
If you’d like something super-special that is not currently in the collection, it is considered a custom design and accepted on a case by case basis. Please email for details.
Can I find your jewelry locally?
Favor Jewelry is sold globally. Take a look at our retailers page to see if there is a shop in your area.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. We are located in Oregon. There is no sales tax, ever.
